Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales reps to identify customer needs and technical requirements
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Translate complex technical features into business value for customers
- Design and propose customized solutions based on client use cases
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and post-sales handoff
- Stay updated on product features, competitors, and industry trends
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
