- Degree or Equivalent and 7 or more years of sales in General broking segment
- To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget.
- To secure new and renewals account under broker portfolio
- Servicing brokers under portfolio/to assist in claims/handling issues raised by brokers.
- To assist in managing premium collections/monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level
- Execute all sales and marketing related activities and assist the Head of Department on daily operations and marketing activities.
- To ensure the business portfolio mixed (motor and non-motor) to desired ratio.
