Key Responsibilities

• Material Planning (MRP): Translate production schedules and BOMs into material requirements; release and maintain plans to minimize line-down risk and avoid shortages.
• Procurement Execution: Raise and manage POs for raw materials, electronic components, and sub-assemblies; track each order through to delivery to protect on-time delivery (OTD).
• Inventory Health: Monitor turnover and aging; lead actions to reduce Excess & Obsolete (E&O) stock and improve working-capital efficiency.
• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Track supplier KPIs (quality, lead time, cost); run negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Production, Warehouse, QA, and Engineering to resolve shortages and technical blockers early.
• Reporting & Analytics: Deliver regular reporting on procurement metrics, cost savings, and inventory accuracy, with clear recommendations.

Must-Have Requirements

• Fluent English and Mandarin (written and spoken)—you'll work with global teams and Mandarin-speaking suppliers daily.
• 5+ years in Contract Manufacturing (CM) or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Hands-on with ERP (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/lookups).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
