Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Sourcing Analyst based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sourcing Analyst will support procurement operations by conducting supplier analysis, managing vendor data, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies. Responsibilities include analyzing procurement opportunities, collaborating with teams to address sourcing challenges, managing contracts, and monitoring supplier performance to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement operations
• Competence in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and monitoring compliance
• Demonstrated proficiency in technology-driven procurement tools and systems
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Asia and MENA regions and familiarity with local procurement practices is a plus
