Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive, Group People Operations, based in Menara Chin Hin located in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. The successful incumbent will be responsible to deliver high-quality HR services and support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience across all People Operations processes.


Job Responsibilities

  • Execute daily HR transactions (payroll, benefits, employee data, letters generation, onboarding/offboarding) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide support on HR processes and policies.
  • Support the implementation and use of HR technology and automation tools.
  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in audits and support risk management controls as directed.
  • Manage and verify employee claims (if any).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service delivery targets


Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, outsourced payroll or shared services.
  • Good understanding of local statutory guidelines and payroll practices.
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and technology.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and familiarity with people operations practices is a plus.
