Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to promote products and services.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, and payment collections.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; experience in the food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation and willing to travel as required.
  • Experience in administrative, sales coordination, or sales support functions will be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English.
