Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cash settlements, reconciliations, trade execution, and disbursement processes are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Act as the key intermediary, coordinating with brokers and fiduciary teams, while liaising directly with insurers/clients to resolve reconciliation matters and outstanding items (e.g. documentation, debts, commissions).
• Assist in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of monthly reports.
• Support the Line Manager in providing recommendations based on credit risk analysis and assessments.
• Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies, variances, and potential risks.
• Support data entry and data management activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of both routine and complex operational tasks.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Engage with stakeholders and project teams to ensure effective communication of performance updates (daily, weekly, monthly), exceptions, process changes, and new opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Credit Management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
