Pro Track Engineering Hiring! Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Assist to develop project's budget and cost plan.
• Assist value engineering and cost comparison on design to deliver cost optimization.
• Assist in preparing management papers for approval in accordance to Limits of Authority.
• Assist in reviewing consultant's tender documents and pre-tender estimates.
• Assist for tender process on time follows a project development programme. Tender Document are received and reviewed prior to the tender deadline.
• Ensure Letter of Appointments, Letter of Acceptance and contracts to consultants and contractors are accurate with the right scope, cost and in time.
• Prepare Interim Payment Certificate, site meeting, site valuation & Variation Order (VO).
• Ensure that the closing of Final Account and VO are finalized within 6 months and within budget.
• Monitor payment status on a regular basis to track the availability of funds with support from the Finance department.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• REQUIREMENTS
• The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in either a developer or main contractor firm, also preferred candidate with experience dealing/working with JKR.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
• Self-motivated, independent, determined to succeed, good communication skills
• Proactive and able to work on your own initiative
• Willing to travel to the site when required
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Preferably candidate able to work at site.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
