Donor Ambassador (Face-to-Face Fundraiser)

Responsibilities:

• Approach potential donors in public or private venues to recruit regular monthly donors, adhering to client's Code of Conduct.
• Work according to schedules and locations prearranged by the F2F unit.
• Represent client professionally in appearance and communication at all campaign sites.
• Attend mandatory trainings, briefings, and meetings as required.
• Maintain knowledge of client’s mandate and protection issues.
• Ensure pledge forms are completed accurately and legibly.
• Handle personal data with strict confidentiality.
• Manage and maintain adequate stocks of welcome packs, donor tokens, and other F2F materials.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, punctuality, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate organizational updates to team members.
• Motivate and support team members to achieve performance targets.
• Perform additional related tasks as required, utilizing relevant skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum High school diploma (SPM)
• Diploma/University degree in one of the following areas: Communication, Sale and Marketing, or Public Relations or any related field.
• Fresh graduations with little/no experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in direct sales, face to face fundraising or related field (marketing, etc.) are highly valued.

Competencies:

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Have basic knowledge of Face-to-Face Fundraising
• Identify with the cause of the organization
