Core Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic chatbot solutions using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) as the primary orchestration framework across all four markets.
• Build and maintain multi-agent workflows: agent-to-agent handoffs, tool-use chains, memory management, and context-window optimisation strategies.
• Lead technical integration with downstream enterprise systems (MCP, knowledge bases)
• Conduct performance profiling and latency optimisation of LLM inference pipelines
• Produce and maintain technical design documents
• Partner with AI Engineers (mid-level) to assign implementation tasks, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering quality standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Software Engineers on code hardening, integration test suites.

Must-Have Technical Skills

Google ADK (Agent Dev Kit), Apigee API Gateway, Model Armor, Google SDP / DLP API LLM fine-tuning & RAG, Multi-agent orchestration, Python (Advanced), GCP / Vertex AI, REST APIs, Docker / Kubernetes, Prompt engineering, Vector databases, CI/CD (Cloud Build).

Key Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/AI engineering experience with at least 3 years in production LLM or conversational AI systems.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI stack; Google Professional ML Engineer certification is a strong advantage.
• Prior experience deploying AI solutions across multiple geographies or regulated industries (banking, telco, healthcare).
• Deep understanding of responsible AI principles: fairness, explainability, data minimisation, and safety guardrails.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end technical delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
