Qualifications/Skills:
- SPM/MCE or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Conversant in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Confident, matured and able to lead stuff.
- Self-motivated and strive for excellence.
- Have the right attitude and aptitude for the job.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To report for duty punctually wearing the proper uniform and name badges at all times.
- Table setting of dining rooms and side stations.
- Must be knowledgeable in Restaurant Equipment such as glassware, chinaware, flatware & linen.
- Must be able to make coffee, keeping bread and rolls warm and condiments clean.
- Must at all times maintain the general cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Must have complete knowledge of the restaurant menus.
- Proper method of taking orders, and placing orders in the POS system.
- Must be knowledgeable in beverages and wines.
- Must be able to handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
