Key Responsibilities and Duties :-

• Deliver finished goods to customers according to the shipment arrangement schedule.
• Collect packaging, materials, or pallets from customers or suppliers as instructed.
• Verify Delivery Order (D.O.) quantity matches with goods loaded and collected.
• Inform the supervisor or customer immediately in case of shipment delay and apply for late shipment approval if required.
• Ensure all goods are handled carefully and loaded in good condition to prevent damage.
• Remove old labels and tidy up recycled cartons or packaging before storage.
• Perform daily inspection of the lorry using the provided vehicle checklist and report any issues.
• Practice safe and defensive driving at all times and comply with traffic rules.
• Assist during loading/unloading activities and ensure proper documentation is completed.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lorry driving or delivery operations.
• Basic understanding of delivery documentation (D.O., Invoice, etc.).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading when required.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual in meeting delivery schedules.

Authority :-

• Operate company vehicle for approved delivery routes.
• Verify and sign Delivery Orders upon goods handover.
• Report directly to Store Supervisor for shipment status or issues.

Working Condition :-

• Required to travel frequently for local or outstation deliveries.
• Must be available for overtime, weekend, or urgent deliveries if required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-

• On-time delivery performance (≥ 95%).
• Zero delivery discrepancies or product damage.
• Compliance with daily vehicle checklist and maintenance reporting.
• Customer feedback or complaint rate (≤ 2 per quarter).
• Safe driving record (no traffic summons or accidents).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
