KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely drive the director to meetings, offices, residences, airports, and other destinations on time.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic, and adjust travel plans when necessary.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained, including fueling, servicing, and inspections.
• Maintain records of mileage, servicing, tolls, parking, and travel expenses.
• Handle pickups and deliveries of documents, packages, or personal items as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of schedules, conversations, locations, and business matters.
• Be available for flexible working hours, including weekends or outstation travel when needed.
• Assist with ad hoc errands and administrative tasks assigned by the director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving history.
• Strong familiarity with KL routes, traffic conditions, and alternative road options.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate punctuality, and exercise a high level of discretion.
• Practice safe driving with a strong commitment to road safety.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and work flexible hours.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting or minor maintenance is an added advantage.
• Must be polite, presentable and good at communication.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
