Jungle House Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production operations by assigning tasks, planning manpower, and preparing work schedules.
• Lead, guide, and monitor production staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure employees understand and comply with assigned duties, SOPs, and production requirements.
• Oversee the safe operation of machinery and equipment, including scheduling regular maintenance and calibration.
• Verify production output to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, HALAL, and company standards.
• Monitor production processes to optimize efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
• Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for HOD and management meetings.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related fields.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or production operations.

Strong understanding of food production processes and food handling practices.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to develop, implement, and maintain production processes and SOPs.

Good reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills.

Knowledge of warehouse inventory management and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Additional Requirements:

Strong understanding and practical implementation of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), including:

• MS 1480:2019
• MS 1514:2022
• MS 1500:2019
• ISO 22000:2018

Experience working in HALAL and HACCP-certified food manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of Halal Assurance System (HAS), HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance requirements.
