DESCRIPTIONS

• 5 Days Work.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
• Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and service status updates.
• Maintain and update customer records and transaction details in the system.
• Perform data entry, filing, and documentation management.
• Assist in logistics and warehouse coordination, including incoming item registration and arrangement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting / SQL System will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
• Candidates with self starter, positive attitude is required.
• No attendance issue.
• Friendly and helpful colleagues with great working culture.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
