Who are we looking for?

We want to find driven individuals who experiment with new ideas, are on the lookout for growth opportunities, and are always up for a challenge.

Responsibilities:

• Retail Operations: Support daily retail activities, including assisting customers, handling sales and helping with inventory purchases.
• Sales & Promotion Content: Research ideas and create content to promote products, push sales and highlight promotions at the retail front.
• Inventory & Store Support: Assist with stock organization, labeling and ensuring smooth product availability.
• E-Commerce Listings: Manage and update product listings on online platforms to ensure accurate descriptions, pricing and promotions.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Able to work on-site 5 days/week (Wednesday - Sunday) in Penang.
• A plus point if you are able to speak Mandarin
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of trading card games and the collectibles market is highly desirable. Otherwise, will be expected to learn on the job.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
