1. Front Office & Meal Service Coordination
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily meal service operations for patients, carers, and staff.
- Ensure smooth food dispensing, addressing minor issues and escalating major concerns to the Manager.
- Support the front office team in handling patient meal queries and assisting with meal selections.
2. Staff Supervision
- Supervise front office staff, ensuring all roles are carried out efficiently.
- Ensure all team members follow SOPs for meal service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
3. System & Data Management
- Ensure staff meal orders are correctly keyed into the POS system, and payments are collected.
- Ensure Patient Meal vouchers are collected and filed.
- Assist the Dietitian in downloading and reviewing daily meal selection data to provide accurate numbers to the kitchen.
- Ensure tablet kiosks are checked and updated, so patients can make their meal selections without issues.
- Assist with filing invoices and updating records on Dropbox for accurate documentation and tracking.
4. Cleanliness & Hygiene Oversight
- Ensure the service area is clean and well-maintained before and after each meal service.
- Work with the Dietitian to enforce hygiene standards across the front office team.
- Report any cleaning or maintenance issues that need immediate attention.
5. Communication & Reporting
- Work closely with the Manager to implement process improvements in meal service and front office operations.
- Communicate operational updates and challenges to the Manager and Operations Team.
- Assist in training new staff on front office procedures, meal service protocols, and system usage
Experience in Hotelier is an added advantage!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
