Job Description

Responsibilities

What you will do...

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the project site activities for the ASRS automated warehouse development
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Lead the sequence of work discussion between ASRS contractor and Main Contractor
  • Ensure the ASRS contractor and specialist comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements
  • Identify project risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare regular project reports, progress updates, and presentations for management
  • Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions with contractors and specialists
  • Drive problem-solving and decision-making on site to prevent delays and cost overruns
  • Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately for record-keeping and compliance
  • Ensure all project deliverables are meeting tender specifications and meeting company quality standards
  • Facilitate the handover process to Facilities Management, including documentation and O&M
  • Review project performance and compile lessons learned for future projects
  • Any other relevant tasks assigned from time to time

  • Able to travel to between site (19 Gul Lane) and office as when required


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a degree in Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural, Town Planning, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 6-8 year(s) working experiences in construction related experience
  • Experience in ASRS is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
