Senior/ Lead Supply Chain Analyst (Regional APAC)
We are partnering with a leading multinational organization to hire a Senior Supply Chain Analyst supporting regional supply chain operations across Asia.
This role will be responsible for driving supply chain visibility, performance analytics, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support business continuity and service excellence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor supply chain performance, inventory exposure, service levels, and operational risks across the APAC region.
- Analyze supply constraints and business impacts, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Partner with planning, logistics, commercial, quality, and regional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve execution.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools to enhance operational visibility.
- Conduct trend analysis, scenario planning, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support regional reporting, business reviews, and management presentations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives, reporting automation, and data standardization projects.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives involving Power BI, analytics tools, and operational reporting enhancements.
- Support governance processes, performance management activities, and continuous improvement programs across the supply chain organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Customer Supply Chain, or Supply Chain Excellence.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, inventory management, and operational performance metrics.
- Experience working with regional stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Query, SAP, Kinaxis, or similar planning and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record in process improvement, reporting enhancement, and supply chain optimization initiatives.
