Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Beautician / Aesthetic Clinic Assistant position based in Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor. The successful candidate will assist doctors in aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, provide skincare consultations, perform front desk and customer service duties, and support the daily operations of the clinic. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about beauty, skincare, customer engagement, and delivering excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1–2 years of working experience.
• Experience in aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, skincare centers, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base; multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to promote and recommend aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable handling appointments and patient registrations.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.
• Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling enquiries.
• Promote and upsell aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Guide patients throughout their clinic journey and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Operate aesthetic equipment according to clinic procedures.
• Support daily clinic operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
