We are looking for a highly driven CEO Office Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects, stakeholder coordination, partnerships, and operational execution.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a high-potential graduate who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from idea to execution.

You will support the CEO’s Office across strategic initiatives, partnerships, investor and ecosystem engagement, sustainability-related projects, and operational coordination. The role offers broad exposure to business strategy, agritech innovation, startup operations, and regional ecosystem building.

This is a strong launchpad for future leadership roles in strategy, sustainability and venture building

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Coordinate and track strategic projects across departments
• Support execution of CEO priorities and cross-functional initiatives
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure execution excellence
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting briefs, and project updates
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, investors, government agencies, universities, and ecosystem collaborators
• Manage communication and follow-ups with external stakeholders
• Support partnership development and strategic engagement activities
• Assist with event coordination, workshops, ecosystem engagements, and leadership meetings

CEO Office Support

• Support the CEO in prioritisation, planning, and execution of key initiatives
• Assist in preparing strategic documents, proposals, and board/investor materials
• Help drive operational efficiency and process improvements
• Take ownership of special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable/top university. Accounting and Finance graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, project management, sustainability, finance, or operations is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
