Job Purpose

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the organization's strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management functions to ensure a reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply of raw materials, seafood products, packaging materials, and operational supplies. The role drives procurement excellence, supplier performance, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting the Company's growth objectives.



Key Responsibilitie

s1. Strategic Procurement & Sourcin

  • gDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, production requirements, and market conditions
  • .Lead sourcing initiatives for seafood, raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, logistics services, and indirect procurement categories
  • .Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified local and international suppliers to ensure supply continuity and competitiveness
  • .Establish long-term sourcing partnerships and strategic supplier agreements
  • .Develop contingency sourcing plans and alternative supplier networks to minimize supply chain risks
  • .Monitor global and regional market trends, commodity pricing, currency fluctuations, and industry developments impacting procurement activities

3. Cost Optimization & Commercial Managem

  • ducationBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related disc

  • xperienceMinimum 5–8years of procurement and sourcing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership
