Le Noir is seeking a talented and driven Mixologist / Bar Supervisor to lead our bar operations while showcasing creativity behind the bar. This role combines hands-on cocktail craftsmanship with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about both hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences

• Create, develop, and maintain signature cocktails and seasonal beverage menus

• Train, coach, and inspire bartenders to achieve high service and product standards

• Maintain consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and quality control

• Manage inventory, stock ordering, costing, and wastage control

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures

• Handle guest interactions and resolve service concerns professionally

• Assist with staff scheduling, performance management, and operational planning

• Support events, corporate functions, and VIP experiences hosted at the venue

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of bar experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and mixology techniques

• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative beverage programs

• Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills

• Strong understanding of inventory management and beverage costing

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• WSET, Bar Smarts, or relevant certifications are an advantage
