Hiring: Project Manager (Banking & Wealth Management)

Location: Singapore
Contract: 12 Months (Extendable)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Banking & Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong project delivery experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on exposure to wealth investment product processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Drive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and project status reporting
• Ensure successful implementation of business and technology transformation initiatives
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery challenges
• Align project outcomes with strategic business objectives

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of Project Management experience
• Strong experience within Banking & Financial Services
• Proven track record managing complex business and technology projects
• Experience working with Wealth Management and Investment Product processes
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, budgeting, and risk management skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and delivery streams
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
