About the Role
We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing team, supporting enterprise customers in Singapore. This role is designed with flexibility and growth in mind . You will specialize in one primary domain based on your strengths, while gaining exposure to a broader cybersecurity portfolio. You will be involved in solution delivery, technical support, and pre-sales activities , with opportunities to work on advanced cybersecurity technologies and large-scale projects.

You are expected to have experience in at least one of the areas:

• Network Detection & Response or Network Performance Monitoring
• Web Security, SASE, SSE, or Endpoint Security
• Security Validation & Threat Exposure Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support
• cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers
• Participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs), solution design, and deployments
• Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting (L1/L2)
• Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and improve security posture
• Collaborate with internal teams on solution architecture and pre-sales activities
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network, or infrastructure roles
• Strong fundamentals in networking and/or security concepts
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, TLS protocols
• Hands-on experience in at least one specialization track
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technical issues effectively
• Good communication skills and customer-facing experience
• Motivated to learn and expand across multiple cybersecurity domains
