About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales & Logistics Coordinator to manage order processing and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers, the sales team, warehouses, and logistics providers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, warehouses, and transport providers.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery documents, invoices, and related records.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Track shipments and provide customers with delivery updates.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in inventory planning, pick & pack, stock check and stock coordination when required.
• Generate regular reports on order fulfilment and delivery performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, customer service, or sales administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or order processing systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.

We are located at Kallang Avenue, next to Bendemeer MRT Station/ 10 mins walk from Lavender MRT Station.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,200.00 per month
