The incumbent will deepen and advance their HR career by driving various spectrums of HR including Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits and Labour Relations.

- sManage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and secure talent aligned with organizational need
- sCoordinate manpower requisitions and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing requirement
- sPost job advertisements on recruitment platforms to maximize candidate reac
- hScreen candidates and conduct interviews to assess suitability for role
- sArrange interviews with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth candidate evaluatio
- nSupport onboarding processes and manage pre-employment documentation for new hire
- sManage relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners to optimize talent acquisitio
- nSupport manpower planning initiatives to align workforce with business goal
- sMaintain accurate employee records and human capital documentation for compliance and operational efficienc
- yPrepare employment letters and contracts to formalize employment agreement
- sSupport onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transition
- sEnsure proper filing and compliance of employee records in accordance with regulation
- sMaintain Human Capital Information System (HCIS) and employee databases for data integrit
- yCoordinate probation confirmations and contract renewals to support workforce stabilit
- ySupport payroll preparation and submission to ensure timely employee compensatio
- nReview and implement human capital policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain regulatory complianc
- eEnsure adherence to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and labour laws to mitigate legal risk

sRequired competencies and certification
- sStrong knowledge of Singapore labour laws to ensure compliance with legal requirement
- sProficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative and reporting task
sPreferred competencies and qualification
- sDiploma or Degree in Human Capital, Business Administration, or related disciplin
- eMinimum 5 to 10 years of relevant Human Capital experienc
- eExperience in hospitality industry preferre
- dExperience handling full spectrum of human capital functions is an advantag
