- Manage a group of up to 500 Bus Captains
- Ensure circulars and SOPs/Work instructions are circulated to ground staff timely
- Ensure attendance and HR matters are updated timely and accurately in the relevant systems
- Manage Bus Captains’ administrative matters
- Ensure the Bus Captains’ leave quota for the Depot are adhered to
- Assist in depot events
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
