About the role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our day-to-day operations and administrative functions. This is a hands-on opportunity for students who want to gain practical supply chain related work experience in a medical technology organisation with global operations.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Execution

• Support daily supply chain operations, including customer order processing, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and shipment coordination.
• Perform digital efiling and document management to ensure proper record keeping and audit compliance.
• Prepare commercial invoices in accordance to company templates.
• Monitor order fulfilment status and assist in resolving delivery or supply-related issues to ensure timely execution.

2. Inventory & Planning Support

• Assist in monitoring stock levels and proactively flag potential shortages or overstock situations.
• Support demand forecasting activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners as required to support operational needs.
• Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required .

4. Data & Process Improvement

• Analyse operational data (e.g., inventory levels, delivery performance) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain simple dashboards or reporting tools to enhance visibility of supply chain performance.
• Participate in process simplification, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor CloudSuite), is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to details and good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervisions
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to commit to a full time 6 months internship (Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm).

**Added Advantage**

• Specialisation or coursework in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• Prior internship or part-time experience in an operations or administrative role.
