Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable responses to inquiries about products, services, pricing, and technical processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and updates across support platforms.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the product team.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, client support, or account servicing, preferably in the Fintech/Payment Gateway/Forex/Blockchain industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Knowledge of financial services, digital payments, or blockchain solutions is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
