The Role

This is not a traditional HR training role. We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who drives business results by training, coaching, and enabling our resellers. You will act as a sales results driver ― equipping distributors with the skills, tools, and motivation to sell more and duplicate success across their networks. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership, direct selling, or MLM, and you thrive on helping others win, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1、Reseller Sales Enablement (Training as a Sales Tool)

• Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs that directly improve reseller

sales results, not just knowledge.

• Focus on practical selling skills, network duplication, team motivation, and sales activity

management.

• Use modern, engaging methodologies (role-play, live coaching, digital modules, on

ground clinics) that drive behavior change.

• Regularly assess reseller capabilities and tailor coaching interventions to boost sales

output.

2、Drive Sales Results Through Resellers

• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets for company-wide and local

promotions.

• Identify and develop local promotional strategies that resellers can execute to boost their

own sales.• Translate sales data into actionable coaching plans for under performing resellers and high-potential leaders.

3、Groom Reseller Leaders

• Build strong day-to-day relationships with existing resellers.

• Identify, mentor, and develop emerging leaders who can duplicate success across their

teams.

• Create a culture of recognition and continuous improvement among resellers.

Qualifications & Skills

1、Minimum 5 years of experience in direct selling, MLM, insurance, or any sales role where you

trained/coached third-party sellers to hit targets.

2、Proven ability to drive sales results through people, not just deliver training sessions.

3、Strong presentation and coaching skills ― able to inspire and push resellers to act.

4、Multilingual training capability (English/Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia) .

5、Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data analysis to track reseller progress.

6、Highly independent, proactive, and passionate about growing others’ success.

7、Open to new ideas, new technologies, and field-based work with resellers.
