Responsibilities
- Perform transactional accounting tasks, complete monthly closing, and prepare statements of accounts to maintain financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and develop forecasts to support financial planning.
- Liaise effectively with auditors, company secretary, company agents, banks, vendors and internal teams to facilitate compliance and communication.
- Enter data accurately and prepare documents to support administrative and sales functions.
- Assist in purchasing processes for both trade and sundry items to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare monthly stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Participate actively in ISO activities to support quality management standards.
- Contribute to other assigned duties and projects to support business needs.
Competencies and qualifications
- Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts assistant or administrative roles, preferably in fast-paced office environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word, to support documentation and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills to ensure accuracy in work
- Good written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear interactions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, professional attitude and integrity

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,900.00 per month
