We are looking for a New Business Director to focus on new business acquisition and sales performance within Malaysia. Specializing in digital advertising and influencer marketing, we invite professionals to join us in driving the future of advertising.
This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and capturing new client opportunities and effectively increasing the company's revenue and market share. As the New Business Director, you will:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and increasing market penetration in winning advertising campaigns.
Develop and execute effective sales lead generation that aligns with company goals and client needs, with a focus on digital and influencer marketing solutions.
Lead initial client engagements, presentations, and negotiations to secure new accounts and partnerships.
Collaborate with the Leadership team to set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
Provide input on product development and service offerings based on market feedback and emerging trends.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and continuously seek opportunities for growth and innovation
2 to 3 years proven track record in sales, business development, and new client acquisition within digital advertising, influencer marketing, social media, and/or traditional media industries.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to convert strategies into actionable plans.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Sound understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and decisions.
A highly motivated and results-driven approach, with a passion for sales growth and business development.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Resilience and persistence in navigating sales challenges and closing deals.
Passion for the advertising, influencer, and media industry.
