We’re Hiring: QA Engineer (Full-Time)

Are you detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and eager to make an impact in manufacturing and product excellence? Join our team as a QA Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our processes, materials, and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Quality Manager in implementing Quality Management System requirements for existing and new products.

Conduct inspections of all incoming and outgoing materials, as well as in-process QA checks.

Identify, report, and help resolve defects and rework issues while tracking wastages for continuous improvement.

Perform sample testing, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Work with the process team to investigate root causes of defects and drive preventive measures.

Ensure BOM (Bill of Materials) verification accuracy and compliance.

Respond to NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and CFR (Corrective Feedback Reports) within 24 hours.

Produce professional documentation and communicate effectively with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
