Role Description

The Parking Operations Executive is a contract, on-site role based in Subang Jaya.

This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day parking operations, including monitoring facility performance, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and supporting the implementation of new parking technologies or systems.

The Parking Operations Executive will track key operational metrics, assist with reporting and analysis, and identify opportunities to improve utilization, revenue, and customer experience.

The role also includes performing regular inspections, supporting incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily parking activities, implement SOPs, and ensure service continuity.
• Effective Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work with internal teams, partners, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in processes and performance.
• Experience in facilities, transport, parking, or related operations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Subang Jaya, including possible shifts, weekends, or public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in basic office software and comfort with using parking or ticketing systems.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage, or equivalent practical experience.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
