Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Planner role based in Simpang Empat. The Production Planner will develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and internal capacity requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, procurement, and quality teams to ensure material availability, machine loading, and staffing plans are aligned with production targets. The role involves monitoring work-in-progress, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting plans to optimize throughput, delivery performance, and inventory levels. The Production Planner will also analyze production data, prepare reports, and communicate schedule changes and priorities clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong experience in production planning and creating/maintaining production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated planning and analytical skills to forecast demand, balance capacity, and optimize resource utilization.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with production, procurement, logistics, and management teams.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, production reporting tools, and basic data analysis (e.g., Excel or similar).
• Background in CNC machining, precision tooling, or related manufacturing fields is highly beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Simpang Empat, prioritize tasks under time constraints, and maintain attention to detail.
