The Impact You’ll Make
- Own the Employee Journey: Seamlessly manage the entire employee lifecycle for our Malaysia office, ensuring every milestone—from onboarding to offboarding—is executed flawlessly and on time.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as the face of the People Ops team, partnering with managers and team members to solve complex workplace challenges with creative, elegant solutions.
- Drive Data-Backed Excellence: Keep our HR systems pristine. Use data analytics to spot trends, measure process health, and continuously elevate the way we work.
- Scale & Optimize: Build robust operational frameworks. Identify bottlenecks, champion compliance, and implement scalable process improvements that support our growth.
- Collaborate Globally & Locally: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to champion data integrity and co-create an unmatched workplace culture.
What You Bring to the Table
- HR Operations Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience with a strong understanding of labor regulations across Southeast Asia, coupled with a customer-first, service-oriented approach.
- Technology & Innovation Mindset: Proficient in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and drive innovation within HR processes.
- Process Improvement & Change Leadership: Experience in Process Excellence methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) and change management, with a track record of optimizing processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Analytical & Project Execution Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, able to translate insights into operational strategies while independently managing projects, balancing multiple priorities, and delivering impactful presentations in ambiguous environments.
