Procurement

• Plan and purchase pharmaceutical products to maintain sufficient stock levels.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on purchasing needs.
• Compare supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and support purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify slow-moving or expiring stock.
• Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Distribution & Delivery

• Ensure distribution activities comply with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Track shipments, update delivery status, and verify shipping documents.
• Assist in resolving shipment issues such as damaged or missing goods.

Logistics

• Coordinate inbound shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers.
• Monitor logistics costs and maintain accurate shipment records.
• Support the evaluation of logistics service providers.

Compliance & Administration

• Assist in maintaining GDP procedures and documentation.
• Manage product data and import permit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Others

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.
