We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Assistant who enjoys interacting with customers, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and contributing to daily retail operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting suitable building materials, steel products, paint, and related items.

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and professional recommendations based on customer requirements.

• Handle sales transactions, quotations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service at all times.

• Support stock-taking, inventory control, and ensure stock accuracy.

• Conduct outdoor sales visits, site visits, or customer follow-ups when deemed necessary by the Company or Supervisor.

• Ensure showroom and sales area cleanliness, safety, and proper product display.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Experience in building material industry is an added advantage.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

• A proactive team player who able to work under pressure, work independently with minimum supervision.
