Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Sales Assistant who enjoys interacting with customers, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and contributing to daily retail operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in selecting suitable building materials, steel products, paint, and related items.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and professional recommendations based on customer requirements.
Handle sales transactions, quotations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Support stock-taking, inventory control, and ensure stock accuracy.
Conduct outdoor sales visits, site visits, or customer follow-ups when deemed necessary by the Company or Supervisor.
Ensure showroom and sales area cleanliness, safety, and proper product display.
Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Experience in building material industry is an added advantage.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
A proactive team player who able to work under pressure, work independently with minimum supervision.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
