We are hiring multiple IT Technicians to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment at client sites. The role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test equipment, systems, or software at client locations.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive service checks.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or system components.

• Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests when required.

• Document service activities, repairs performed, and parts usage.

• Educate customers on proper system usage and basic troubleshooting steps.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations during service activities.

• Maintain service tools, vehicles, and spare parts inventory.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as engineering, customer support, and logistics.

• Deliver professional and responsive customer service while representing the company.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.

• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.

• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
