Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-up communications.

  • Prepare offer letters and support onboarding processes for new hires.

  • Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.

  • Coordinate manpower requirements for retail outlets.

  • Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview arrangements, offer acceptance, and onboarding.

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing for retail employees, including verification of attendance, overtime, leave records, commissions, and allowances.

  • Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted within established timelines.

  • Support statutory submissions and maintain payroll-related documentation and employee records.

  • Prepare HR-related documents, including confirmation letters, transfer letter, promotion letter and other employee correspondence.

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

  • Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and company events as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Prefer Mandarin speakers to better meet the needs of our internal customers.
