Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain all installed server infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and availability

• Assist in the development, installation, configuration, and administration of server infrastructure solutions

• Work closely with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues, track service requests, and ensure service quality meets expectations

• Deliver timely and professional resolution of customer infrastructure issues

• Troubleshoot technical problems and develop effective, sustainable solutions

• Support project management activities, including planning, timeline tracking, status reporting, and documentation

• Participate in implementation and configuration of infrastructure solutions including:

  • VMware / Hyper-V virtualization platforms

  • Microsoft 365 services

  • Backup solutions (e.g., Veeam or equivalent)

  • Server and storage systems

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, protocols, and industry best practices 

  Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant IT infrastructure or system administration experience

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows Server preferred), virtualization, backup solutions, and storage systems

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

• Certifications in Microsoft, Veeam, VMware, or Dell technologies will be an added advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with attention to detail

• Strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with urgency and accountability

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
