Job Responsibilities :

• Perform mechanical assembly of machine parts and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and work instructions.

• Install and fit mechanical components such as frames, shafts, bearings, couplings and motion parts.

• Carry out mechanical adjustment, alignment and basic functional checking.

• Assemble additional or customized mechanical modules when required.

• Conduct self inspection and provide support to ensure that quality standards are met.

• Assist in packing and preparing completed units for shipment.

• Work closely with production, QA and engineering teams.

Ringkasan (BM) :

• Melaksanakan pemasangan mekanikal bagi bahagian mesin dan sub-pemasangan mengikut lukisan teknikal dan arahan kerja.

• Memasang dan melaraskan komponen mekanikal seperti rangka, aci, galas (bearing), gandingan (coupling) dan bahagian pergerakan.

• Menjalankan pelarasan mekanikal, penjajaran (alignment) serta pemeriksaan fungsi asas.

• Memasang modul mekanikal tambahan atau yang disesuaikan apabila diperlukan.

• Melaksanakan pemeriksaan kendiri dan memberi sokongan bagi memastikan piawaian kualiti dipatuhi.

• Membantu dalam proses pembungkusan dan penyediaan unit siap untuk penghantaran.

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan pengeluaran, QA dan kejuruteraan.
  

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Able to read basic mechanical drawings.

• Familiar with hand tools and measuring instruments.

• Ability to use measuring tools such as vernier callipers, micrometres, dial gauges, and torque wrenches is an added advantage.

• Ability to operate overhead cranes safely is an added advantage.

• Ability to drive forklift or reach truck is an added advantage.

• Willing to work in production floor environment.
