Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing loan applications from companies and government staff.

• Check and organize customer documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Follow up with clients for missing information or supporting documents.

• Verify employment and business details with companies and government departments.

• Prepare loan files and support the approval process.

• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

• Guide clients through the loan application process and answer basic inquiries.

• Support the team in monitoring loan status and repayment updates.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in administration, banking, finance, or loan processing will have an added advantage.

• Experience handling company and government employee applications is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
