Responsibilities

Overview of the Position:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about people development and continuous learning. This role provides exposure to Learning & Development and Organizational Development initiatives while supporting programs that enhance employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to learning and development projects, support employee growth initiatives, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Learning & Organizational Development

  • Coordinate and support the execution of learning and development programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.

  • Assist in identifying training and development needs through stakeholder engagement and feedback collection.

  • Support the implementation of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth.

  • Assist in the preparation of learning materials, communications, and development resources.

Training & Development Management

  • Coordinate and administer internal, external, and digital learning programs to support employee growth and business performance.

  • Manage end-to-end training activities, including scheduling, participant registration, venue arrangements, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

  • Support training budget tracking and administration of learning-related documentation.

Organizational Development Support

  • Assist in organizational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and capability development.

  • Support the collection and analysis of learning and employee development data.

  • Participate in projects related to competency development, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve learning experiences and development processes.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in organizational development projects as assigned.

  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required by the organization.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of working experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related function for Executive level.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in training coordination, employee development initiatives, or project administration will be an advantage.

  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil).

  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm)
