We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support warehouse operations and inventory management. This role ensures proper handling, storage and traceability of materials while maintaining compliance with food safety, halal and operational requirements. This role is essential in maintaining proper storage conditions, stock accuracy and ensuring smooth distribution of materials and finished goods.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This is to describe the specific roles and responsibilities of the position.

·       Assist in receiving incoming goods and verify quantity, labeling and physical condition before storage.

·       Ensure all materials including raw materials, packaging, finished goods and chemicals are properly segregated and stored in designated areas.

·       Maintain proper stock rotation using FIFO practices and ensure accurate inventory records.

·       Identify and segregate non-conforming, damaged or expired goods.

·       Support stock movement tracking and maintain documentation for traceability purposes.

·       Assist in coordinating delivery and warehouse documentation activities.

·       Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety within the warehouse environment.

·       Report any irregularities, contamination risks or storage issues to the Supervisor promptly.

·       Carry out additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or management.
