About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic sales team at Hot Print Media PLT as a Sales Clerk. In this full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to existing clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and generating new sales leads through a variety of channels

2. Scheduling and conducting sales meetings and presentations with potential clients

3. Negotiating and closing sales deals in a timely and professional manner

4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers

5. Providing excellent customer service and managing any customer inquiries or concerns

6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the printing or media industry

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Problem-solving and customer service orientation

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
