About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, solid restaurant operations experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth outlet operations, maintaining service standards, managing staff performance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant outlet

2. Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained

3. Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to deliver excellent customer service

4. Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs

5. Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency

6. Manage outlet inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control

7. Monitor sales performance, budgeting, and cost control

8. Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

9. Prepare operational reports and support overall outlet performance improvement

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with prior experience in a restaurant preferred

2. Strong understanding of restaurant SOPs, kitchen workflow, and dining service standards

3. Experience in team supervision, outlet management, and staff coordination

4. Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant performance monitoring

5. Familiar with POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools

6. Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

7. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
