Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer-cum-Editor located in Kuala Lumpur. The Videographer-cum-Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, operating cameras, managing lighting setups, and shooting videos. Daily tasks include capturing and editing video footage, coordinating with team members to meet project requirements, and ensuring all video materials are up to the company's standards.

Qualifications and Key Traits

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role (NOTE: Portfolio is required to be submitted)
• Proficient in AI-powered editing & generative tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Runway ML, Descript) for fast editing, content creation, audio enhancement, and visual effects
• Strong understanding of AI-driven content optimization (captions, repurposing, short-form formats, retention-focused editing) to produce high-performing videos efficiently
• Knowledge of video equipment and ability to set up and operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment
• Familiarity with colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics
• Creative storyteller with strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Previous experience in real estate videography or basic knowledge in real-estate or property is a plus

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

• Brainstorm and develop video concepts that resonate with our brand and marketing goals
• Plan, storyboard, and script videos
• Capture high-quality footage using professional equipment
• Edit videos, adding effects, graphics, and audio enhancements as needed
• Deliver videos on time, maintaining high production standards
• Stay updated on industry trends for continuous improvement
