Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and supporting marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Experience in a solar company will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities

• Manage and grow relationships with clients, from initial contact through project completion

• Conduct sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs

• Coordinate with internal teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery

• Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities to generate leads

• Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and basic project documentation

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with project-based sales or solution selling is preferred

• Basic understanding of solar or renewable energy projects will be an advantage

• Prior experience in solar projects or solar companies is an added advantage
